Casual Receptionist
Flexible Role in Midland!

About the Role:
Regular Hours: Approx. 4 hours every Friday afternoon.
Flexibility Required: Be available to cover for full-time staff at short notice
for sick leave and with advanced notice for annual leave.
Initial Training: 2-3 weeks of daily hours to ensure competence, transitioning
to regular Friday afternoon shifts.

What You Need:
Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
Friendly, compassionate, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
Highly motivated, quick learner with an eye for detail.
Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
Proficient in computer skills with excellent communication abilities across diverse demographics.
Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
Administration or customer service experience.
Familiarity with medical practice management software.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm welcome to patients upon arrival.
Manage reception and telephone duties, including patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.
Maintain infection control protocols, including instrument sterilisation.
Build rapport with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Liaise with doctors and medical professionals.
Maintain and manage patient records with strict confidentiality Process referrals
via MEDICARE, NDIS, DVA, and workers’ compensation.
Prioritise tasks to ensure seamless workflow and uninterrupted service.
